Appointment of Jacques DURAND at
Synergimax-International Inc.
Synergimax-International Inc. is proud
to announce the appointment of Jacques Durand, Cert.
M., CMC, DMV, as Executive Vice-President and Chief Executive
Officer of the company. Mr. Durand will also be our next Chairman
of the Board of Directors for 2001.
His mandate will include the development of our company's
talent and vision in our continued effort to be recognized
as a leader in the publishing and distribution of training
and other products on the international market, and to optimize
the relational synergy between our present and future partners.
Jacques Durand has been active in the international community
since 1972. As a senior officer, he participated in the development
of several integrated projects, master plans and studies conducted
with the assistance of the following international organizations:
World Bank, BAD, BAsD, FAO, USAID, CIDA, BID, UNDP, SEE, US/EXIM,
COPACE.
He specializes in the administrative and financial management
of major corporations; the planning, coordination, leading
and evaluation of several projects; the technical and financial
set-up of major projects, including turnkey projects; the
negotiation of national and international contracts and partnership
agreements; and the development of international markets.
We are confident Mr. Jacques Durand will prove to be an invaluable
asset for Synergimax-International Inc. His appointment
will help us promote our various projects and fields of activity;
favour our partners' individual participation in the economic
growth of our company and enable all those interested in the
